Build a strong yoga foundation with our FREE YOGA 101 Workshop. At Ohana Moon Yoga, we are committed to helping you build a strong foundation in your yoga practice. Each of us brings our own unique body type, experience, and personal abilities to the mat. Beginners will thrive in this workshop, and even seasoned yogis will appreciate revisiting their foundation!
In this FREE YOGA 101 workshop you will learn:
• Basic yoga poses in a vinyasa class
• Alignment suggestions for each pose
• Ujjayi (oo-jai-ee) breathing and its purpose
• How to modify and feel safe in any class
